Vetograb Return & Replacement Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
- The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Returns are only accepted for:
- Damaged products
- Incorrect products received
- Size-based returns and refunds are not available.
Important Conditions
- Unboxing video is mandatory to initiate a return.
- A ₹100 return handling fee will be charged.
- Replacements will only be issued after inspection of the returned product.
